Welcome to the Clinic
When you arrive, you'll be welcomed by our team, shown to your recliner, and we'll confirm your treatment plan before your infusion begins.

Preparation
Your Registered Nurse will prepare your personalised infusion and insert a small IV cannula before connecting your IV Infusion.

Your Infusion
Most appointments take around 90-120 minutes, depending on your individual treatment plan and how your body tolerates the infusion.
Throughout your appointment, your nurse will monitor you and ensure you're comfortable.

Relax
Read, work, listen to music, watch a film, have a nap, or simply relax. Tea, coffee and water are available throughout your appointment.

Aftercare
Once your infusion is complete, your nurse will remove the IV cannula, ensure you're feeling well, and answer any final questions before you leave.

Home Time
If further treatments are recommended, we'll discuss your personalised treatment plan before you leave. Otherwise, you're free to continue with the rest of your day.
